Congressman Trent Franks is a conservative, Reagan Republican, and served 15 years in the United States Congress. Trent served on the House Judiciary Committee where he was Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice. He was also a member of the House Armed Services Committee, serving on the Emerging Threats and Capabilities Subcommittee, and as Vice Chair of the Strategic Forces Subcommittee. Trent Chaired the Orphans and Vulnerable Children Caucus as well as the Congressional Caucus on Adoption, the International Religious Freedom Caucus, and the Missile Defense Caucus.

Trent served was a founding co-chairman of the Congressional Israel Allies Caucus and is a staunch advocate of Israel.
